This place has been on our list for a long time already but we haven't had the chance to go here. We were supposed to witness the Oblation Run but it has just ended when we reached Palma Hall. We were with Arvel at that time and we waited for Star so we could have lunch. The place was jampacked when we arrived so we had to wait for a couple of minutes.
